CyberTec Solutions (“CyberTec”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or use our software consultancy, implementation, support, training, recruitment or website services.

1. Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us. It may include:

• Enquiries and contact: your name, mobile number, email address, business or organisation name, service of interest, message, the page from which you contacted us and your consent to our response.
• Consultancy and support: business contact details, software and system information, workflow descriptions, documents or screenshots you choose to share, and information needed to provide the requested service.
• Training: contact and enrolment details, employer or organisation details where relevant, course or training interests, attendance and information needed to deliver or support training.
• Careers: contact details, role preference, qualifications, work history, CV or résumé and other information you choose to provide in an application.
• Website and security information: basic technical information such as browser and device details, IP address, pages requested and server logs used to operate, protect and troubleshoot the website.

Please do not submit passwords, financial account credentials or confidential business records through a general enquiry form. If a service requires access to business data, we will agree on a suitable method and scope with you.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries and route them to the relevant team; discuss and provide TallyPrime and other MSME software consultancy, licensing, implementation, support, customization and integration services; arrange and deliver individual or corporate software training; review job applications; provide website creation or related digital services; maintain and secure our website; keep appropriate business records; and meet legal obligations or handle disputes.

We use enquiry details to respond to the request you made. We will use your information for promotional messages only where you have asked to receive them or where another lawful basis applies. You can ask us to stop promotional messages at any time.

3. Website enquiries and service providers

When you submit an enquiry through our website, the details you provide are sent to CyberTec’s customer relationship management system, Sangam CRM, so our team can follow up. Our website is hosted through Bluehost. These providers may process information on our behalf to operate the website or manage enquiries.

If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, the relevant communication provider may also process information as part of delivering that service.

4. Software services and customer business data

While providing implementation, support, customization, integration or training, we may be given access to business information held in Tally or another software system. We use such information only to perform the agreed work, provide support or meet an applicable legal obligation.

Where we handle a customer’s business or personal data on that customer’s instructions, the service agreement or a separate written data-handling agreement may set out additional terms. Customers are responsible for ensuring they are authorised to share the data and provide access needed for the agreed work.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Training and future online courses

We currently provide software training and may collect the information needed to discuss, arrange and deliver that training.

CyberTec may offer online training in the future. Before online enrolment opens, we will update this policy or provide a separate notice explaining the learning platform, account information, course activity data, payment provider and other information involved. This policy does not claim that an online training platform or payment system is currently in use.

MAAC Rewari course information is provided through a separate website. Please review the privacy information shown there when submitting information on that website.

6. Sharing information

We may share information with service providers who help us host the website, manage enquiries, communicate with you, deliver software or training services, or maintain business records. We share only what is reasonably needed for the relevant task.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect a person’s safety, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If a service provider processes information outside India, the processing will be subject to applicable requirements.

7. Cookies and technical logs

Our hosting environment may create technical logs needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website. Some website functions may use essential cookies or similar technologies. If we add analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking tools, we will update this notice and provide any required information or choices.

8. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond to an enquiry, provide a service, manage a training or recruitment process, maintain business records, resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

9. Keeping information secure

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No website or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us promptly if you believe information you shared with us has been exposed or used improperly.

10. Your requests and choices

You may contact us to ask about personal information you have provided, request correction of inaccurate details, ask us to delete information that is no longer needed, or withdraw consent where we rely on consent and are not required to keep the information.

We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Some information may need to be retained where required by law, for a service agreement or to resolve a dispute.

To make a privacy request, email info@cybertec.co.in with the subject “Privacy request” and describe what you need. You may also use this address to raise a concern about how we have handled your information. We aim to acknowledge privacy requests within seven working days and respond within 30 calendar days.

11. Information about people under 18

Some training programmes may be of interest to students under 18. If you are under 18, please involve a parent or legal guardian when submitting personal information or making an enrolment enquiry. Where applicable, we will seek the parent or guardian’s consent before processing a child’s personal information.

12. Other websites

Our website may link to third-party websites or software services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Please review those policies before submitting information to them.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, technology or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.
