SHH Industries manufactures plastic components as an OEM supplier for Exide Industries and other major manufacturers. The company operates two manufacturing plants in Bawal.

Production was managed through registers and Excel sheets. Teams lacked live tracking of raw material, work in progress, scrap and finished components. Material usage was difficult to control, while material estimates based on past records took days to prepare and delayed purchase orders.
